as ive stated before: jada toys has set a new standard for over the counter action figures, and hasbro should take heed of the shift in the wind. it was nice for collectors to get classified for the super cheap at ross over the holidays; for everyone except hasbro. so many decisions have culminated into what surely is not the top profit that hasbro desires, and then they send out emily to spew a bunch of corporate jargon which sours the relationship even further. remedy: renew consumer confidence with a better value, and improved public relations (🪓👩‍🦳). make no mistake hasbro spies (we know you’re tuning in); my money has been going to jada, and all kinds of bandai products (even tcg). i stopped with legends, and black series all together (no force push hands for the loyal after how many years of asking?). so ask yourselves how many more customers are out there looking towards these other companies that deliver consumer demands? cobra lalalalalalalaala! jk

price point is still to high should be $14.99 for main line to $24.99 for figures & pets & $49.99 for most vehicles Doc looks good, torch roo

🔥Blowtorch was my absolute favorite as a kid in the 80s, but because of his questionable weapon as a good guy he was made only once in the original line. When the classified line came out I started watching carefully to see if they would release him. The moment you guys showed me Torch's weapon my eyes lit up because I knew that wasn't his weapon but secretly Blowtorch's. 💕🔥💕🔥💕🔥🔫

I think 'The Green Thirteen' are dull, but I know that original Joe fans love them. But take heart, the 83-85 waves are almost completely represented in Classified, so I'm sure they will unleash some more of those golden oldies soon. I'm looking forward to the 86-91 Vipers!

I think Hasbro should do a sublime of accessories and things that just come without a figure so that you can mix and match and kit bash all you want extra weapons for any character would be great especially if it came in a little weapons rack or weapons case

In fact they could do accessory packs that also have blast effects or tables and chairs and sandbags or gun emplacements smaller accessories bigger than bigger than figures but smaller than vehicles things like that

Absolutely on the hands! It’s a must. Extra heads where appropriate. I’d love both but if the figure doesn’t necessarily need another head, I’m happy with the hands. I think this will Be a new trend. I’d hope so. Would hate to see them go backwards. Thanks Viper Island!🤘

I think depends on the figure. Like mutt should have had a regular face alternate head. As for hands, it just depends on the figure. The last thing I want to do more of is keep track of additional joe accessories. It’s already a fair amount.

Exactly how I look at it. Some figures, I’m ok with just a few accessories, it’s fine by me. Also, I think they should give an extra head sculpt sometimes like for example like Buzzer, you have one head sculpt with glasses molded on and one without. I’d be ok if they swapped out one accessory to keep it at the same price point. I just don’t want them to over pack every release and before we know it, the price will be $29.99 for a regular release.

Alternate hands are almost necessary for most figures. Alternate heads would be nice, especially for fully helmeted/masked characters. I can live without blast effects most of the time and think they’re only really necessary for characters with flamethrowers, jet packs, etc.

I want Hasbro to make enough profit that the bean counters want to fully flesh out the Classified line, its a give and take. I own Chuckles and Junkyard and Mutt and I really appreciate their alternate face and hands but I think they would dilute the magic if they did it for every character. Right now they're doing it for characters they feel inspired to do it for. If you were to ask me where I feel that energy should be invested in would be to hire someone with weapons experience to really put more effort in weapons. They're really anemic but I love the one's that shine like Scrap Iron. Today's battlefield is the perfect opportunity to marry nostalgia with Sci fi. You have units in Ukraine using home made drones to observe for 1900s Maxim machine guns. What more inspiration do you need?!

And Doc I'm wondering why he's not coming with his mortar launcher??? That he originally came with in the 3.75 1980s Joe line??? And yes extra hands and extra head expression facial sculpted for joes would really take the cake!!! Especially a new aggressive mouth opening powerful teeth exposed version of mutt ta go with junkyard!!! that tongue hanging goofy head they included was just lame as can be!!! Not going to lie, I’m REALLY hoping for a retro Flint with a good head sculpt to be something we hear about this year. I was pretty underwhelmed by the previous release.

Extra heads are welcome, but not all figures need them, especially if it raises the price. All of my blast effects sit unused in my parts box. An extra hand or two would be great though. I rarely give my figures a gun in both hands, so an alternative to a left trigger hand would be ideal.

I like some extras added to the new figures. I don’t always use everything but it’s still cool to get more. On another note Blowtorch in the near future you know would make this guy happy!

Hoping vehicle drivers can be sold separately like they did for the 25 year anniversary. Also looking forward to as many 1st year characters as possible (Flash, Zap, Short Fuse, Hawk, Steeler, Grand Slam) I don’t mind the extra hands and heads forms. Kinda a cool idea.

I love DOC's alternate hand design. They appear to be holding a syringe. Once again, thanks for those infos. To answer today's question: I think that adding hands and alternative heads or effects is only interesting if it really brings something extra and new. The head with the mask for Jinx? Yes. Like Hasbro did for Kamakura. DOC's gloved hands? Obviously. Flame effects for Torch? great addition. But when you look closer, many figs come without extra heads or hands. And the line is very successful. For example, having added the hand with the shuriken for Retro Storm Shadow or the alternative head of Quick Kick or Big Boa without his helmet was useless (there is no unmasked Croc Master). I think that if figs had come without that, it would have made no difference to the success of characters. But that's just my opinion.

as long it is cost effective, should be ok to provide extra accessories especially with Doc got white glove on it. Now you can really do a diaorama where Doc is try to heal the other JOES using the stretcher as bed mode. Oh yeah i cannot wait for him to be in my hands.

I’m pumped the most about all of the new Night Force figures like Shockwave, Outback, Flint and even Falcon. Hopefully his head sculpt won’t look like Crispin Glover and the scary puppet from Mr.Rogers 😂

I am okay with the extra head/hands but they’re not necessary for every figure. Blowtorch will be absolute fire….(see what I did there)!!! They really need to finish out the classic 82/83 line like Zap, Steeler, Flash, Short Fuze, Grand Slam, and Hawk with the MMS.

Good show,boys ... My question is why does, Jinx(a full grown adult woman) have the upper chest piece of a 12yr.old boy? (Is, Hasbro trying to stereotype, Asian females? She definitely had a female chest in both the animated and live action movies).

More than anything, I just want better fitting joints and articulation and the old pinned parts phased out, but yeah of course more accessories/hand/head sculpts would be amazing, seems like a no brainer. But I really just want more care and attention paid to the assembly of the figures and the quality of the plastics, elbows that matched the rest of the arm and necks that match the chest would be nice. The figure should look and feel good in hand, not have miss matched skin tones, bicep swivels that look bad and fall/break off and waist joints with large gaps.

I feel like every classified figure should include a set of additional closed fist hands, but an alternate head really doesn't feel that necessary to me? I would like it, but I think it should only be used when necessary. I really like how instead of alt heads they include alt hair or hat pieces, I like that a lot more personally.

These animal "deluxe sets" are getting ridiculous. $20 extra dollars for what basically looks like a Timon &pumba repaint? In the original line it always felt like you were getting 2 figs for the price of 1 when they added an animal. Now it feels like they are charging us double for 1.2 figs.

For $24.99 extra heads is a must. Particularly for Joe's like Beach Head and Barbecue. The Sunbow cartoon showed their faces and it was shown in the original model sheets as well. They even made a unmasked BH when it was released for the 25th anniversary 2-pack. They actually regressed with Classified (but the price didn't). Hasbro should skip the DiC era characters. That cartoon sucked and was painful to watch. They need to so Data-Viper w/ UAV and Jungle-Viper. Battle Armor Cobra Commander would be sublime with an extra human Fred head and masked version. Also, I want to drive the point home with the Cover Girl figure. $25 for a fig that has a shotgun and wrench. That was it. It needed to have an extra blonde hair piece. Hasbro puts an extra hair piece for Shipwreck and Lady Jaye. But not for CG? They needed the original MASS Device hair color hair piece and the toy version so fans could have the display choice.

I have been waiting for Jinx and I hope they do a retro version because I don't like the arms and one sword no backpack. Why can't we just get the classic looks in this line. Masked long sleeves correct weapons.
