Thanks for sharing yummy recipes will try Vada Pav recipe in our country we say Ban khabab in which tikki is made up of daal with exactly same green chutney and fresh onion and tomatoes. Hi Suchi, you r right, actually you should wait untill the mixture is on normal temperature and than if you grind it , it will be coarse chutney. And yes, mummy hoti hi esi he, khud chahe kitni bhi taklif me ho par beti ko help jarur karayegi. That's how mother is !!! Enjoyed the vlog . Thanks for sharing

I used the package boondi as i was making the dry garlic chutney for 30 people but yes you can Fry them as well .I also used the garlic with peel and then roast them you have to wait for them to cool for the first time it's was very good i remember my one was paste 😂 well done dear food looks good take care love to your family

Hi Suchi dear, havelived in Mumbai for 8 years nd miss the Vada pav dearly.... ur attempt at making them has inspired me try at home myself. Hey hi suchi when u make a powder in mixie u need to add some bread crumbs and powder all together it will become dry.

Nice vlogs! In my hometown Mumbai for authentic dhaba style red chutney. First take little Vada batter and fry it in the oil like boondi. Grind boondi with roasted garlic, whole red chillies ,dry coconut , salt ,pinch of sugar and peanut (optional). and the chutney taste is heavenly !!!

For garlic chutney to make it crunchy Watever is left over besan barter at the end after frying vada , just fry small crunchy pakora wit leftover barter cool it down and grind it with rest of your ingredients. Try adding little sesame seed too

While making vadapav chutney you have to first fry besan pakode tiny tiny drop like structure only salt n turmeric wale thn grind it along with garlic dry coconut red chilli salt groundnut is option. Usually garlic is not peel for ths chutney ✌ tc ...Luv frm Mumbai ❤

Hi Suchi Di.. aapke vada pav Dekh kar Mumbai ke pav ki yaad aa gayi. For the vada pav sukha chatni, you can directly grind peanut, red chilli powder, salt & garlic. Just make sure your peanuts are not moist & are not salted peanuts ( which you get ready made in market) .. if they are so.. then grind on pulse mode that is stop, grind, stop, grind method for that texture. Also a trick used by many Mumbaikars is to add one slide of bread/ half pav to absorb moisture of peanut. Also, your vada stuffing should have a tadka of green chillis, kadipatta, garlic & corriander. That’s when it will taste like Bombay Vada Pav. 😊

Hey green dhaniya was missing in vada as it would lift the taste more and for red garlic chutney the vendor's add besan chura that they fry before frying vada's as the besan will absorb all the moisture so next time u can give a try n the shortcut way to make this red dry chutney is ,in a blender take besan chura ,garlic and kashmir chilli powder n there your chutney is ready👌😉😋and also some parts of maharashtra and mumbai they serve normal coconut chutney with vada pav👌❤😋😍

Hi Suchi vada pav ki authentic chutney aap next time aise try karo Besan ka ghol jo vade ke liye banate hein uske chote bhajiye banalo baad mein thanda karke usme red chili powder , garlic aur Thodasa bread thodasa salt aur thande huwe bhajiye dalke mixer mei chala do exact thele wali chatni banegi

Missing ingredient would be tiny besan pakora's that form when we deep fry vada's. That gives chatni its texture. :)

Suchi, is sukhi chutney ka texture aisa hi hota hai jaisa aapne banaya hai, ekdum fine powder nahi banate..ha, ye sahi hai ki ekdum room temperature pe aane ke baad hi grind karna hai.
