Some takeoff and landing clips without being zoomed in as much would be nice too. A mixture of zoomed in and zoomed out would be better for me so you can appreciate the full size of it with respect to the other things around it. Gives a better idea of the scale and the speed of it's motion. Nice video. Thanks for posting

The lines are supposed to be ALL designed for aerodynamics , but DAMN they are gorgeous . The most amazing shot is how low to the ground the under belly is and the amount of wheels it has. I PRAY there's no mishaps with this marvel of a plane. It is just Sexy, flies itself, total quietness in the interior (no engine hum), no trays namging your knees. This is what technology should be bringing us a GREAT plane every 20 years and not yet another SMARTPHONE every 6 months. This plane gives hope to the human race. So now the USA needs to start thinking HARD. WAy too many efforts on Gen 5 fighters and nothing for commercial aviation which is the bread and butter of these company.. So whats coming down the pike rom Boeing. And I agree my first Boeing 747 (as a kid) was like a huge event in my life. The flight attendants HOT, that 2nd floor lounge it took your breath away . We need this in our lives.

If there were ever a plane that looked like it needed to be stretched than it is the A380. Some day there will be a model that hauls 750 people at a time.

Now this Aircraft type Airbus a 380 and cangging of its existence is seriously fantastic When a country as powerful as the Airbus Aircraft has Indonesia 380 with the capacity type Airbus 380-800, it is remarkable the aircraft for long distance as well as the Interior is very comfortable and also very smooth engine vibes reply heard from within the cabin, convenient for long-distance travel, when Indonesia has a sophisticated Plane Airbus 380...?

Why do they use only 2 engines to reverse thrust upon landing?
@petergonzsanz9 жыл бұрын
Because the A380 is so wide that the outer engines are out of the runway.
@jimcramer51259 жыл бұрын
MarshallBennett64 I would think thrust would work on or off the runway, so that is a good question. Unless they think they are not really needed as 2 engines would be enough to efficiently slow the 'bus' down. You will also notice that they use all 4 engines for takeoff, so this would imply that they do indeed need all 4 of the engine's thrust to achieve takeoff, so thrust does work on or off the runway.
@buttermybutt26599 жыл бұрын
+MarshallBennett64 I think the reason that only the two inner engines can reverse thrust is what the other guy said. It is because the two outer engines are not always over the hard clean runway and they might suck something inside and suffer damage from FOD(foreign object damage) when they are reversed.

well if you consider facts and stop moaning, AIRBUS A380 is bigger than a 747.... A380 is also more efficient, quieter, roomier and is the way forward. The mighty 747 as good as it is doesn't stand a chance.
