thanks for the very informative video. I think there are still some of the cost you have missed or you may not be aware of. Cost to remove the old stuff from the house (wall paper, old kitchen, old bathroom etc), cost of skips, cost for tilling the toilet, cost for doing the flooring, cost for windows and window seals, cost for decoration, cost for clearing gardens, garden fence, cost for kitchen installation etc. Also cost for painting materials for such a semi detached house cannot no way be 100 pounds. It will always be higher than this. Can you please check this once again and confirm
