You took the words righg out of my mouth. While the show covered a lot, it would of been something seeing Stephanie transition into high school and Michelle into middle school. It would have been more amazing if the show ended around 1997 or 1998 instead of 1995. I was not ready to say goodbye. The word wasnt ready to say goodbye to The Full House. Jeffrey Keith Horne II but at that time, other shows by other networks, became hipper , edgier, desirable by the network, and full house did'nt fit in that mode, and it became more expensive to produce with increase salaries, it did'nt past his peak, but people wanted to move on

I did not think about that, now that you mentioned it. I did not realize that other shows become more popular than Full House as well as the cast being ready to try something else. Those 2 guys were driving like maniacs before. They had no respect for driving. That's the problem with some teenagers, they think that when they get their license they can drive any way that they want to. They can't do that with a learner's permit because they have to have their parents or a licensed adult with them. Teenagers have to understand that having a driver's license is a privilege not a right and the privilege of driving is not something to be taken lightly. That's practically the first thing the DMV and a driver's ed teacher tells teens. Not to mention, a car is not a toy, either. Danny, who was bike riding, told that to Kimmy and the girls when they got out of a car and started dancing around it to harass nerds before realizing that Kimmy had accidentally locked the keys in the car. Danny told them to walk home which was 2 miles away to think about what they've done while he goes to a house to borrow a phone to call Kimmy's brother(the car owner) to come and get it. Back then, most people didn't have cellphones. Plus, cellphones have also been getting people into car accidents, with the calling and texting. Police today can give you a ticket for doing that while driving. Remember, IT CAN WAIT.

I feel like part of the reason D.J. was so strict on Stephanie about not going in that car may have partly been due to how they lost their mom. She was killed by a drunk driver, it must have really scared D.J. that Steph was even considering getting in a car with a guy who just got his license. D.J. in a lot of ways kind of had to become a mom to Stephanie & Michelle after Pam died. She was such an amazing older sister to both of them. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I'm happy that Danny Tanner- who is one of the best sitcom fathers ever- was capable of seeing Gia for who she was: A rebellious and self-destructive bad girl who was a terrible influence on Stephanie.
@lauraschoenborn35443 жыл бұрын
And she never really matured. She was still pretty self destructive as an adult when she kept getting into toxic relationships with guys in Fuller House. But Matt helped her grow up.

In fact, in the episode "A House Divided," is one of the later episodes in where Stephanie was excited about moving to a bigger house, and she said with excitement: "I can have my own room!!!," which is natural for a maturing girl like Stephanie. And, as D.J. before her, Stephanie should have gone up to her dad, Uncle Jesse, and Joey, requesting HER own room, since she was maturing into a teenager.....by the time Season 8 ended, Stephanie was, in fact, already a teenager. She grew up.

I’m pretty sure once DJ went to college, Stephanie moved into her old room, and DJ slept in the alcove in the living room, somewhere else in the house, or slept at Kimmy’s house.

In fact, in the later seasons, even Kimmy Gibbler and Stephanie were starting to bond. As in the band Steph and her friends came up with. Kimmy also replaced "Squirt," with "Blondie," and "Blondo." Kimmy kept calling Michelle "Squirt." So, yeah - it was time for Stephanie to get her own room - and there were times when Michelle did annoy Steph, as Steph annoyed D.J. But, Stephanie was blossoming, sprouting, and maturing into a young lady as the Seasons progressed.
