Yup, that's "The Wizard of Oz" in a nutshell! I remember doing a similar bit to Joey's but of "Looney Tunes: Back in Action" using all my Looney Tunes plushies and a few makeshift/impromptu props, when my relatives were going to put on the movie during their vacation but the VCR was damaged. (I even remember having my Wile E. Coyote plushie hold up a telephone and a piece of paper with "HELLO?" written on it to echo the same gag in the film.)
