Good Review. Honest unbiased review with pros and cons that can get someone well informed about the bike. I like your reviews really informative and well done. Something that is not common in Kenya. Alot of bikers will choose one brand and bash another without a proper review. Through this channel am really interested in the Benelli Bikes.

which benelli to be exact; The 250 doesnt dip that much but you do feel the strain on the engine (if you like big machines like me 😉) lighter people don't really make a difference the 150 does dip and it can be quite uncomfortable for the pillion for longer distances the 300 much like the 250 id like to think

Rico, I own a Beth 180. I agree with you - the rear brake is solid and the front suspension can dip quite a bit. But I disagree on the front disc brake - it has a pretty solid grip it's actually instant and very useful for emergency braking. Could have been an issue with the specific bike you were riding coz I've never had an issue with my front brake and I've never had the front brake adjusted since I bought it around March this year. Also about the front suspension, my experience is it can dip quite a bit when you brake suddenly when doing very high speeds - I'm speaking 100+ kph which may happen once in a while for a beginner but it doesn't and shouldn't happen often esp if your riding skill level keeps improving, unless something really catches you off guard Anyway very good review here, I like it. I enjoy your reviews - you do them on the road and from a rider perspective - good stuff! Just sharing my own experience with the Beth 180. Really solid choice for a budget beginner bike with the sport bike feel to it and really good decent power and speed. Btw, I got mine from Tris motorcycles in Westlands

@@martinmungai81 I saw someone say it has alot of plastic parts and not suitable kama wewe ni mtu wa kuangusha bikes🙆🏿♂️ is true? Thank you for your feedback
@martinmungai813 жыл бұрын
@@newtonthumbi5806 to answer your question, I don't think any bike is suitable for kuangushwa - though it's inevitable from time to time esp. on Kenyan roads. Also I guess we will continue to see more and more 'plastic' in bikes, cars etc. cz 1. it's easier and cheaper to repair dents, breakages etc. on plastic than on metal 2. safety: in case of crash, impact on persons involved is minimised cz it's mostly absorbed by the 'plastic'. Either way I've dropped mine severally and it's still in one piece. Type of tyre also matters a lot, if you go off-road say on murram or gravel or loose soil, with the beth ironhorse 180 stock tyre, from experience I would advise using only the front brake and taking your foot off the rear brake pedal completely to avoid slipping when you brake
