I put that photo into the newest ChatGPT model and it identified it as a goat, possibly a lamb. I then asked it if it is possible that it is a dog and it went into many descriptors of why it doesn't think it could be a dog. Had delicious goat curry at a great Indian restaurant buffet. Damn good. Went back for seconds. Ate it every time they served it. Very fine quality, tender, with a rich flavor that was not overpowering and not gamey, but simply flavorful, and to me better tasting than beef or chicken or pork, at least in that delicious curry sauce. Like many, I wouldn't have ordered it on my own, so it took the buffet for me to try it. But once I tried it, I was sold.
