Jennifer Morgan is already history. Jennifer came to this post primarily because of the legislature. If the state force private companies to put women on the board of directors, it will often happen that they stop after a short time. They have then skimmed off millions of euros/dollars and on top of that they get high severance pay without having done anything. Yahoo would be another example. This is not to say that there are not good women in management positions. But these have worked their way up by their own efforts.

2025 is near. Nearly all of their ECC customers have yet to move/migrate/reimplement onto HANA/S4HANA. Simple math shows that business and trade cannot sustain the number of go-lives per day necessary to meet the 2025 deadline imposed onto customers by SAP. Instead of business innovation, this represents business disruption.

Agreed and to be clear, Bill McDermott already missed out on billions of dollars in opportunity cost in this tech era. The problem is SAP is a business first than a technology first company which has severely limited it's growth.
