well people wanted her to get nominated as best actress for her role as April and as supporting for Hannah but the academy said that one person can’t be nominated twice so they just went with Hannah and obviously if you’re gonna nominate her for a role, you might as well give her best actress

Winning an Oscar is the highest award and honour you can receive in professional acting, which is why it’s so special, and such an honour! It’s not just any award - it’s THE award to get! And it’s gold plated, which says something as well
