The battle of Yarmouk is famous because of a few things , I will mention a few quickly before I go to sleep , but you can check more online . Khalid ibn waleed ( RA ) the Muslim commander / General had to travel through a desert from Persia in the June heat it was long journey 120miles barren desert no water with 9000 men no army had taken that route ever before , he didn’t lose 1 soldier , so that itself was a miracle , he then had to join the separated Muslim armies and make them into one army , he faced around 5:1 odds and he then defeated them after this the Romans couldn’t mount any more serious offensives against the Muslims so this is why it considered a famous battle it was his greatest victory . No man has done as khalid ibn waleed (RA) has done but it is not that men do , it is Allah (SWT) who does . There is a lot more to the battle I hope this answers some of your questions . SalamuAlaikum. Your correct my brother about genghis but wrong about thutmose 3; he lost many battles. Jalal Al din defeated gengis khan in Afghanistan. The only two generals who are undefeated is Khalid ibn Al waleed and timurlane

Thutmose 3 was defeated also in battles. He’s considered a smart general but lost many battles. No one has the record of khalid and timurlane. But the greatest of all generals and champions is our prophet Muhammad pbuh; without him, we would have no champions.
