Come back!! It’s been 2 months!! Hahaha! And this was splendid ( was just browsing through your stuff :P )

For somebody to put in this amount of effort and turn out a good result, it's just such a shame your channel isn't recognised. This is great stuff, and I don't subscribe to many people. But I've sent a subscription your way. Keep putting out great stuff.

Thanks! I know my channel is underrated but that’s not going to stop me from giving it my all for what I like. Hopefully one day I’ll get some recognition :)

I look forward to seeing what material you put out. These days music is fast paced and rushed, the mumble rapping phase. Catchy although it was, lacked finesse. I've always like piano, and for already well composed music like anime openings to be changed into one of my favourite types of music, it makes me smile. Not enough people appreciate this style, and yet at the same time. Too many people do it. I hope I get to see more great work for years to come. On a more personal note, if you're still looking for suggestions, Seven Deadly Sins had some great music. Both OST and opening/ending-wise. Maybe check that stuff out, might inspire you.

I like a good mix of songs, some fast some slow. A lot of anime music is pretty generic these days so unless I’m really attached to the particular series, I’ll probably not cover it, unless it’s for bandwagon purposes. Slow songs are more of my thing though. Hmmm, I did consider Nanatsu at some point, but due to time constraints I dropped it after I stopped watching the anime halfway through. I agree that some of the songs are good, so maybe someday. Thanks for the suggestion!

I haven't checked. But do you have a discord or anything that's available to join? That's the only social media platform I have. And I'd like to stay updated with notifications, as I don't have youtube up all the time, and my phone's currently broken so I can't get notifs that way.

Unfortunately no, I do not have a discord of my own yet, but I will someday. Feel free to join this discord that I am in though (a small discord for small channels like me), since I usually share my newest vids there anyway discord.gg/twfHjSd

Great arrangement! I found this channel when randomly browsing through Anime Pro's comments section, and I should say that you are seriously underrated. Have you ever considered sending your MIDI files to Marioverehrer's channel for further publicity? His channel features other KZbinrs' arrangements as a means of promotion. I think that would work wonders for this channel. ^-^

Haha thanks! Yes I have considered but I wasn’t sure what his submission criteria is, nor do I have a song ready to release 😅 still I thank you for the suggestion. I’m glad you enjoy my content! I’m just a little busy these days but I’ll get back to uploading when I can

I also read that you use Musescore to write sheets. Musescore itself is a pretty good sheet-sharing community, so I think exposure there could also promote your channel. Just be wary about copyright. Also, take your time with arrangements. Life's important too! I understand that the KZbin algorithm works against channels with infrequent upload schedules, but when arrangers focus more on the quality of their arrangements rather than the quantity of uploads, the few people that do watch the video are more likely to subscribe. My understanding of KZbin's algorithm isn't all that great, so this is just my input, but Animenz's channel seems to work the same way; quality over quantity. That's all I have for now, hope it helps!

Yeah I do use Musescore. I’m kinda reluctant to upload it there because of what you said, and also as a free user I get a max of 5 uploads only... thanks again for the support! Stay tuned for the next video :)
@CorrinMelodiesonPiano4 жыл бұрын
About that 5 upload limit...as of January 2020, it had been removed. Even without Musescore Pro, you can exceed that limit without your previous scores being hidden. But yeah, copyright can be a pain. As long as someone credits the original composer and artist and uses the score non-commercially, I don't really think there should be a problem. Worse-case scenario, your score gets taken down. I've been browsing the most popular sheets on Musescore, and even without copyright specifications, they weren't taken down. It's a risk I'd be willing to take.

Corrin - Melodies on Piano I’m actually not really a big fan of putting up my musescore file where it can be easily edited and claimed, so I’d only be willing to share the PDF. So unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be putting up my arrangements on Musescore anytime soon. I’ve seen like some channels just basically steal the midi off musescore and upload it identically on KZbin as synthesia or whatnot and I’m not sure if I’m a fan of seeing my work being distributed freely without even crediting me at least. It’s a good consideration though :)
