Internally, the 2 train is often called The Beast because of it's length (longest in the IRT division by far), and the fact that it makes local stops in The Bronx and Brooklyn, and overnight makes local stops in Manhattan. Either way, it's a lot of work for the crew and generally left to people without much seniority.

Both 2 and 5 go. On local train track is 5 train and on express track is 2 train. This caused both trains to not get into traffic.
