Grouping and mini game teleports help a lot for newer players. You may have to run further and you can only use them every 30 mins but it's free and not magic level needed.

Also note the imcando hammer is a main hand weapon that counts as a hammer for construction as well making the saw extra pointless if you already have it. (if only it was offhand)

why dont you use NPC contact? you can buy teleport tablets and just use lunar spellbook so u can instantly talk to the contractor

I did mention NPC contact in the video! if you're asking why I personally don't use it, I'm an ironman and making the teletabs myself would take more time than just running to the nearest contractor

you could do wintertodt/tempoross for a bit of construction xp if that helps! would also get you some gp to pay for the butler :) otherwise you could make planks in the wc guild (sawmill is close to a bank) or there are some plank spawns you can grab from if that's your only option.
