Hope everyone is well in these terrible times! I can't wait to watch Super Rugby Aotearoa! Thank you for putting these matches up here so people can watch them until Super Rugby comes back. 🙌🏽

@995sean 👌🏽 Chur bro, NZ is a great country with great culture, I respect your knowledge because some people just say "Oh yeah I love NZ" But they don't say why!

🤍 from the Netherlands. I’m a huge fan since WC 2015. Watch rugby then for the first time ever, because RTL 7, a TV channel especially for men broadcasted it. They had a former Dutch rugbyplayer as sidekick commentator, Jayjay Boske, and he explained so much and I fell in love with the game! It’s such a great sport! So fascinating. Still learning and didn’t miss a game WC 2019. One of the things I love, there’s a position on the field for every body type. Also the respect for the referee, between the players themselves and the fans aren’t hooligans. And when the players fight, JayJay compared it with how sometimes girls fight ‘throwing bags’ 🤣The sport makes me so so happy! ❤️ Wishlist to see NZ and go to a rugbygame AB before I die. AB are really the best! My husband says he will save us money and we’ll go one day! 💕He is a soccerfan and does not watch rugby! But he always warns me if there’s a game to watch on TV. But first goal is a live game in France. I can not wait for the WC 2024 in France. Hope the world will find a ‘new normal’ soon! Stay healthy everyone and enjoy this game!

The Haka is always best when up against teams like Fiji and Samoa who can respond in kind. The traditional Haka was designed in a cultural context where there was always reciprocity. It amplifies the mana by having a great response.

I wish more countries & sports had that tradition. There are some college teams in the States who do a haka, but I'm conflicted about it. It kinda feels like cultural appropriation.
@MrAhuapai2 жыл бұрын
@@multipletanksyndrome Its cultural appropriation . I noticed a haka even turning up on an episode of Friday Night lights
@multipletanksyndrome2 жыл бұрын
@@MrAhuapai really? I don't watch that show. That's what I thought, about cultural appropriation. What do you think about something inspired by the Haka, but different? Like in English. And similar movement
@MrAhuapai2 жыл бұрын
@@multipletanksyndrome That would be ok but simply trying to copy Haka and doing it badly is just lame.

Oh no this is the game sivivatu got injured and couldn't make the rwc squad even though he was in electric form. Broke his jaw I believe. Sitveni was such a gliding runner and I was gutted he didn't end up with a medal

Solomone Vakanawa Fiji can’t even beat uruguay mate! Miles behind being a good team, fiji have their moment but they are mediocre at best.

All Blacks are a different beast and in a league of their own (at least before ENG in that semifinals). Fiji can match other teams to an extent of 60 minutes before folding but I just can't say the same thing about matching NZ since they'll probably be disposed of right there without being given a chance to fight back. So they need to sort out the commonly obvious issues both on and off the field, and above all "deliver" by walking the talk and not talk the talk. But the recent win over the baabaas is promising, I'm sure Vern Cotter the new coach will come up with something.

@@rage9278 Yeah, the age-old problem of consistency is why they're like Scotland and Italy combined.

Ref was abit biased in this one....all blacks not rolling away in the ruck...when Fiji contest the ruck...ref is not as fast in blowing his whistle as he would when penalising Fiji...hopefully the July tests would be officiated more professionally..😁
