@@yaminerenri My table tennis coach is also from Nigeria, who even beat Aruna in his early days. Their techniques focus more on the horizontal "forwarding", which does generate more power going forward.

@@RichTableTennis ive seen a video with xu xin and he described it as a whipping technique. I tried copying the stroke myself and it does generate crazy power.
