Zhou Qihao is a graceful masterpiece, what a treat to se him play, should soon be one of the best!

Zhou really grew out to become my favorite Chinese player (with Xu Xin gone). It's really fun and entertaining to watch him play. He fared way better against WCQ than Gaoyuan and later Ma Long. It was up and down, all or nothing, WCQ is just way more solid and stable. Many interesting turnarounds

I wouldn't say it's illegal but this type of serve is very difficult for the opponents to determine since they could not see the ball clearly (behind the head). eg 26:22

Well, the last point Wang pushed passively trying to let Zhou earn the first point of the game and Zhou just plainly missed. The smile on Zhou's face after the point shows he appreciated Wang's good intention. These guys know each other. Zhou is terrific player with top notch skills. What he lacks is the aggression/risk-taking and thirsty to win, as well as mental toughness which is why he has never entered the top tier of Chinese team elite circle.

I don't agree. I can't think of any other sport that has an equivalent of the "mercy point". If you can't win 1 point before your opponent wins the game then that's your problem. Table tennis seems to have adopted many strange rituals... another example being to apologise if your opponent serves a fault - ridiculous.
