lol Great video, its a great rig, I wired in my own light system on my trailer and hauler, My set up pulls my rc4wd 870k hydaulic wheel loader around no issues at all and it weighs in a 50lbs. Thats why I was so excited when they released the trailer. Its a 1/12 scalers dream... My P803a pro has pure installed lights/sound but Ill tweak on that too..Your keeping lean and mean at 167lbs lol

If you rebend the Hitch to servo spring the Hitch will sit at a more realistic angle with no trailer. These are great trucks, I fitted the crane to my 801's load bed.

What kind of motor did you use and is it with locked diffs ? I have the whole set the truck crane and trailor but I'm having problems . When I driving it will cut of the sound then it stops after a very short time. I started it again and it will go but it will do the same, it goes and stop cutting the sound and even some time it will do a bit of reverse without touching the throttle ... a whole confusion I have . Now I'm going to change the motor to an Injora 550 35T ,to see what it does.... I will appreciate it if you give any help.. I hope will drive it like yours....its really fantastic ...10x...Geoffrey from Malta .

its always intriguing how it can haul such heavy load specially when the laud is at the trailer and the drive train is limited to the truck body itself. I mean this rc is not heavy enough to have a sound grip on road to pull such heavy load.

There's a considerable percentage of the weight distributed to the rear axles. And that makes it possible to pull such a heavy load. It would be cool if the fellas would measure the tractive pull on these riggs with a digital fish scale. Then measure the pull between dirt and pavement. I believe it would be quite entertaining and informative. The guys that do model train reviews almost always measure the tractive effort of their engines/locomotives. I think I'll suggest it to some of the fellas. Maybe we can get quite a show.

All of the crane functions run through a single 3 wire servo lead, so to get the functions to speed up you might have to rewire the entire crane.

It would be super cool if you used a fish scale or something similar to measure the tractive pull. You could check it on pavement and dirt to measure the difference. I think it would be very entertaining and educational. You could legitimately compare different brand name products to see who is the best. You could compare different tires. Transmission/diff combos. Even compare truck to truck without a chaotic bounce fest tug of war. For goodness sake there's a ton of content that could make for lots of videos with some real substance. Not to mention all that could be learned from it. GOD bless you brother and have fun making more content.

They've come a long way. I have the HG P401, and have spent prolly $75-100 in mods. This will be $1000 when done. Brushless, Castle ESC, goid LED light kit. ( Is there room to hide a small smoke generator? Ohhhh You know what im thinking. Some detail paint in the interior, and heavy weathering outside. Oh yeah!!! Then i can haul my Hg tank. Or , oh, re-paint my P401 Crawling Car. Its a Mercedes Benz? But mine is done ip in camo and a US Border Patrol scheme.
