Love the channel Sam keep up the good work! I hope your channel booms as we can all see your so passionate about VW’s (VAG Group cars in general ) and fast Fords too. As I’ve mentioned before I have an 8R on order. I have a commission number but no build week as of yet, but when I do get it, your more than welcome to take it for a hoon. I specked black paint, leather seats, R performance pack, head up display and the Harmon Kardon sound system upgrade, I wanted the Akra exhaust also but I just couldn’t bring myself to pay over 3k for it especially when the standard one sounds “ok ish”, if I end up hating it that much I’ll just go aftermarket and stick a Miltek on it or something. I literally cannot wait to take delivery of it. I also went this route as I think this may well be the final hurrah before electric comes in to play, I mean the Mk8 may get a mid life refresh but I don’t think there will be a petrol powered mk 9 Golf R, I maybe wrong of course but the way things are looking and going I would be truly surprised if it did happen.

Great series of videos on the Edition 40 👍 It’s probably the only performance golf that would tempt me away from my 7.5R . . how about you Sam, would you change yours for the right spec Ed40 ? 😎
