Let me say something that I really believe and maybe someone else can make use of too. First of all, I love the way you put things into words and your voice tone, too. However, when it comes to spirituality, I have learnt through Vipassana something that changed my life completely. HAPPINESS IS LOVING WHAT YOU DO... NOT ONLY WHEN YOU DO WHAT YOU LOVE. Yes, when our moral compass is challenged by the work we are supposed to do, or it goes against our values or simply our needs, is one thing. But being a "boring accountant" also matters. Doing "boring paperwork" or "a mundane cleaning job" are important just as much. Can we also start glorifying quality of what we do when no one is watching? Can we start understanding the real value of our input in life, in society, in our family, even when it's not an obvious thing? Blessings.
