It’s been a real tough two weeks. The cPTSD has been coming up a lot and it’s made me realise how important safe relationships, loyal friends and connections with self aware people commuted to their own growth are the only kinds of relationships I can handle, otherwise I get sucked into old patterns. Working on it all, clearing out people who are immature or a gateway for negative energy and learning to just be me and let who leaves leave. Hope it’s been less chaotic for everyone else. I have been in such a terrible headspace but at the same time i’ve been really trying to express myself and set my boundaries a lot more especially at home with my partner. He has really been pushing my buttons and now I am becoming a lot more aware of how I deserve to be treated… let me tell you this isn’t it. I feel I’ve outgrown this marriage and feel so upset with myself for allowing disrespect and tolerating behaviors that have only made me feel unheard, unsafe and undervalued. I don’t know why I ever allowed myself to settle for so little. This is the perfect opportunity to let go of all that and finally advocate more for myself and if that makes someone uncomfortable that sounds like a them problem. Now I know what has been going on with me. Last weekend I had a deeply profound experience with someone that I believe opened me up to the energetic shifts that have been occurring. Together we created sn environment that allowed us to show up exactly as we are and I've been carrying this energy of openness and acceptance with me for days. Then as I realized the greater impact, I've felt very empowered to pivot a few things in my life and take ownership in a way that I had not before. Phew. What a DOOZY this Capricorn season has been.. I resonate because my partner and I broke up due to him putting me in an unsafe situation and I was promoted at work as well trained and had to have patience with my finances and changes.
