This is my 2nd time doing this meditation and its helping me to walk through this need for permission and validation to be completely me and be unapologetically great/successful! I own my shortcomings. But, I do not wallow in my mistakes. I accept that others may not be as patient or forgiving. I STILL accept the blessings that belong to me.
