About 10 years ago when I was 19 I got a tattoo that says “walk lightly upon the earth” and so every time I hear your ending “walk gently” it feels like you’re speaking directly to me! Seldom do I save a meditation so far in advance however this just popped up from my save for later playlist in my scrolling and damn it was perfect. Sidenote as a little girl, my “imaginary friend“ her name was Lisa - as a psychic medium and an energy channel on a healing journey finally awakening I have been advised of…🤔introduced to 🤔come into consciousness with 🤩the fact that the name is actually Alize and is one of the highest aspects of myself. I believe in the human world 3-D world in which I was living as a child. She came as Lisa because I had several influential people named Lisa around me babysitters friends of cousins but the tradition continues in the most positive way another influential and beautiful Lisa helping guide my path thank you dear one blessed be. ❤
