Also, in the new calamity master mode ‘compatibility’ with death and revengeance, she’s harder to kill than the freaking moon lord, but the balancing was completely thrown out the window in the new update, and it would take about a few paragraphs to explain my issues with it (finished a master mode playthrough a week ago) so I won’t go on.

Small piece of advice: the wizard sells a rod of discord when hes in hallowed, and the witch doctor fountains simulate biomes for npcs, so you can put a hallow fountain next to the wizard and he'll sell the rod, and you can do this as soon as you get to hardmode

There’s a lot of money duplication glitches with Fargo’s and Alchemist NPC and Calamity, like the wizard selling a RoD for less than it’s sell price, and the sea king selling truffle worms, squirrel selling piggies, etc

@ashingray6099 just a bridge over top and running will do just fine. Also, lunatic cultist has this one move where he summons a few clones around a summoning circle. You have to hit the one that looks different. If you dont, he summons a phantasmal dragon that will make things a lot harder

Would recommend boomerangs only. You do have to beat desert scourge with a melee boomerang, but the run is pretty enjoyable. I also learned a trick to swap between 2 boomerangs when an enemy is at range to keep up dps.

in hardmode if you get a high enough tier alchemist charm you can buy and sell the calamity combination for a ton of plat, with a tier 4 it will cost 15 gold and if you buy 2 for 30 gold it resells for 45 gold so for a max stack you get around 2k plat profit each time
