Why do people dislike Jalen so much what did he do to anyone that’s bad for people to trash him day in and day out? I just don’t get it even if u feel tua is better why can’t people just leave it at that why so many negative comments towards a kid who is trying to get and education and play football I just think it’s not right Alabama fan base is so fickle it just goes to show how quickly people will turn on you

Said it many times and I'll say it again, I love Jalen. He's a terrific athlete and a wonderful person. I thank him for all he's done for the program and I wish him nothing but the best moving forward. The problem is that he's just not a QB. He doesn't go through progressions to find the open man, he stares down one WR and scrambles if he's not open. If Jalen wants any shot playing at the next level he doesn't need to change schools, he needs to change positions.

Some of you quasi fans must have been asleep during the season! Tua was considered the better QB even before he arrived on campus! He lit up the Elite 11 And has been on fire ever since! "But how would he handle a full game?" OMG! Tua was placed in many games and summarily destroyed defenses and created highlight reels! Tua outperformed Jalen in virtually every game that they played in together! Keep in mind, that he played with the second string Offense against the opposing team's first string defense!!

How I wish I could go to Alabama's practice and show the D-backs how to cover receivers. They are doing it wrong. Proof is in the pudding. Look at stats from the last 5 or 6 years. Very bad! They always finish in the bottom of the sec in stats. Number 1 or 2 in rushing D. YOU watch the QB not the receiver! Count 123 if the QB has not thrown he has handed it off or is running for his life or on the ground. If you are watching the QB you can see where the ball is! Watch Louisville if they throw the ball on every down which I expect them to do, I can't say they will win but they will hang with them. Alabama may have to score every time they get the ball to win.

Jalen has had enough time to improve 1year one, the defence got them to the natty only to lose because jalen chokes in big games going 3 n out to much and keeping the defence on the field too long 2 year 2, he says he's going to get better in the off-season to be a better player but the same one shows up championship# 2, he chokes and can't move the ball, ,3 n out 3 year 3, a freshmen qb out plays and throws him in the spring game, he's had a year and a half to Improve and hasn't Its mt fair to the WRs and RBs when the qb has more carries,let them do their job. I've seen enough, time to change qb.

Run a two QB system or give J. Hurts his redshirt so he can graduate and go to another D1 school and prove he can throw. Instead selfishness is at the forefront just in case tua doesn't pan out or injured you have Jalen lingering on like a sidechick having him believing a lie that he is still the guy. And while you're at it, Saban you can actually address players not being paid for their services that you clearly get the most effort out of each one on the roster. Your silence is apart of the problem. I guarantee if you forfeit games until the NCAA pay players, they will change their rhetoric because of who you are and all that comes along with you.

@joshdimichele18 6 жыл бұрын
whitney graves what makes you think that?
@whitneygraves5520
@whitneygraves5520 6 жыл бұрын
The fact remains that we been knew tua has an amazing arm. However he has never controlled an entire game, he's always thrown against an already tired defense, and 2 of the throws that where touch downs were fluks, a huge lost of yardage, and the fact that saban does not have any trouble replacing someone if they are the better player. However, he also get a picked off a lot just like Jalen in scrimmage games and practice. Tua was given the same opportunity Jalen was given to win the starting spot at the beginning of last year season. He didn't win it. The question remains "WHYYYYY. It can't be bc he was a freshman bc Jalen was given the shot as a freshman. Yes saban likes to be secretive about his choices, but he sees an error in this kid that others don't. Why is he afraid to lose Jalen when he clearly isn't the best passer?
@joshdimichele18
@joshdimichele18 6 жыл бұрын
whitney graves that was tuas first real half of college football where the team wasnt up by 30 and was forced to tru and make bug plays against one of the best defenses. He doesn't want to lose jalen to another sec team or a different contender and in case tua gets injured
@joshdimichele18

@whitneygraves5520
@whitneygraves5520 6 жыл бұрын
Sorry that I may have hurt your feelings mitch. But yes tua was giving the option to challenge the position. Go back and watch the tapes. Anytime you're in a Alabama university jersey ur spot is not safe. Again why isn't tua starting automatically? We're not worried that he can't throw, he has flaws that saban sees and anybody could see while watching the championship if you take away the excitement. I want the best man to win but I'm not gone act like one player has flaws and the other one doesn't. And plus if that o line doesn't get better it won't matter who's our quarterback bc they'll both look worse that what they are.

Shea Patterson was a turnover machine who had the best receiving core in college football to help him look better than he was. If he was so great Jordan Tamu wouldn't have came in and outplayed him and saved Ole Miss from having a losing season that Shea Patterson and all his interceptions put them in. Michigan is one ofthe most overrated football programs in the country. Their last championship in 97 they barely beat Washington State in the Rose bowl, if they'd had to play Nebraska who beat down Peyton Manning and Tennessee that won the first BCS championship next year with a with Tee Martin. If they played #1 VS #2, instead of a Rose bowl game against a team ranked in the teens Michigan doesn't get a share that championship because Nebraska would have killed them, just like Alabama would kill Michigan if they played just like in 2012. Michigan just isn't in the same class as Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State and to claim that they are is just laughable Michigan is a joke program. For Alabama to have such a weak schedule and conference, it seems that is usually a SEC winning the national championship or have 2 teams in it like this year. The SEC is a much tougher conference than the BIG10 and the SEC having 5 different teams win the National Championship the past 20 years Tennessee, Florida, Auburn, LSU, Alabama proved it. Michigan can't even beat a 2nd teir SEC team in South Carolina, Michigan is a joke. They aren't even the most successful team in the state of Michigan lately, Michigan State has done better. Michigan can't win their conference division they are second fiddle behind Ohio State, Penn State and Michigan State or the Camping World Turd Bowl against South Carolina so Shea Patterson isn't gonna make them elite.
