Loach is a small freshwater fish with strong vitality. The inside of the loach's intestines is rich in vitamins A and D. So loach should be eaten with internal organs. If the loach is sprayed with salt while it is alive, the loach vomits the impurities in its internal organs. And if you wash it with water, you can eat it clean and safe. The scene is shown at the beginning of the video. The Korean name of the above food is Chueotang, and it is known as a stamina food in Korea. (It's not smooth because it's written with a translator.)
