3-4 sprigs of spring onion.
1 red pepper.
2-3 sprigs of parsley.
1 tablespoon tomato paste (25 g).
2 tablespoons of oil (20 ml).
Salt.
Black pepper.
Cumin.
Dried mint.
Red pepper.
Cheddar cheese (100 gr).
For the above:
2 tablespoons of butter (28 g).
3 tablespoons of oil (30 ml).
