Try whipping egg whites, yolk separate , add the sugar, cooked mango puree, and mango liquor. This makes the cakes light and fluffy. You could have made whipped mango frosting with cognac.

Dios mío,ver las cajas y la envoltura de cada mango me asombra. Soy de Venezuela y he vívido más de 40 años en una ciudad llamada Maracaibo y allí está fruta abunda. Es difícil no encontrar en cada casa un árbol de mango. Hay cosechas tan abundantes donde el mango se pierde. En el 2017 pasamos por momentos de crisis alimentaria y esta fruta fué la héroe en nuestras casas. Llegó hasta faltar,ya que el hambre que había,hizo que la gente se los comiera muy tiernos.

These mangoes have so much packaging. Why can’t they just pack more mangoes into one box seeing as they are wholesale anyhow? Why does every mango have to be individually packaged. This is a waste!

It's so banal and ordinary! I thought that the "Super Mango" cake would be a masterpiece of confectionery art, but I was deeply mistaken!
