It can be our time at any moment, the fact so many people had to make life-ending decisions no matter what they did by an outside force is so scary...they truly were the closest some of us will ever get to heaven. Here are some of the things I've heard (could be mistaken). Very interested in what the official lyrics might be. -The doors won't open anymore -Ring around the roses -Holding hands and rosaries -Wherever you are death will find you -I never felt so small -It must have felt like hours -The flames of hell have reached the heavens -A light seen / night scene of ashes (?), we all fall down -A rain of debris, we all fall down (The more I listen to this song and watch the video I think that this could be about 9/11. Not sure but I get that impression.)

@@monarchxero1822 This make way more sense. English is not my first language, so i couldn't discern some sentences. If you're right about 9/11, the context fits your lyrics. And yeah, the whole imagery of the video and now some sentences in the lyrics points toward it being about it. Lots of people looking up concerned, the New York day-by-day, long shots of buildings and the sky, and that scene at 2:40 do look like ashes and debris. But, being in a collapsing/burning building could be a methaphor for many things too. Something like being trapped on a stale everyday life, waiting for the inevitable but wanting something more. Very nice man, thank you for your help! I thought i would get ignored.

@@WesleyKhalil No problem at all. You actually transcribed most of the lyrics that I could hear pretty well. Some of the parts are difficult to discern considering the way that the reverb sort of affects the vocals (that's shoegaze for ya). But yes I agree that the lyrics may allude to 9/11 or be referring to wanting more out of life. "Amounting of ashes" does sound more right. I'm wondering if they plan on uploading official lyrics to Genius at some point. The CD might also have lyrics in the booklet too so once I have my copy I'll check back here to confirm
