FULL MODIFIED RECIPE
Ingredients:
1 cup of f cooked farro
1 cup of cooked quinoa
1 can of garbanzo beans
1/2 of red onion
1 - 8oz box of cherry tomatoes
1 cup of walnuts
2 cups of arugula
To make dressing:
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup of maple syrup
Juice if 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients for salad.
Combine all the ingredients to make a dressing. Mix everything well.
Arrange arugula around the mixture.
Enjoy!
