Comparing rally drivers with f1 drivers makes no sense. It's like comparing 100m runners and marathon runners. Yes they both drive a car, but it's not the same sport.

I saw a video of Rosberg almost passing out in a hybrid rally car... On a test rally track. (I think it's his own team) These guys are another level... The risk they take cannot be compared to F1. It's insane

@@jojoboynat Nope. There's a way higher difference between those type of runners than there is between these type of drivers. Both WRC and F1 drivers have to push the car to the limit to squeeze every fraction of a second out of the tyres, brakes, differentials, suspensions, aerodynamics, engine; by following the fastest line and correctly placing the car everywhere and nailing the braking points, dominating the car's dynamics including all the possible setup combinations, etc. They have to manage their pace, their tyre strategies, etc. But rally is way more complex and difficult. F1 drivers practice the tracks, rally drivers don't. They compute everything in real-time with true super reflexes. They anticipate and predict the behavior the car will have meters ahead with pure skill, no previous practice; and improvise in fractions of a second, all the time. There's tarmac, broken tarmac, polished concrete, cobblestone, tarmac with ice, tarmac with snow, tarmac with mud, tarmac with gravel, tarmac with black ice and water and snow and slush, gravel with tarmac tyres, tarmac with studded tyres, full gravel stages and thus proper gravel tyres, full snow stages and thus proper snow (studded) tyres; on gravel, there's dirt, dust, sand, fesh-fesh, hard-packed or totally loose gravel, combinations of both switching every few meters producing sudden and huge grip changes; tarmac snow tyres, studded tarmac snow tyres, cross-pattern tyre strategies, etc. That variation in surfaces and conditions and tyres yields huge amounts of possible setups, thus way more driving styles that need to be mastered apart from just the "straight/clean" tarmac style. Most of that does not exist in F1, yet most F1 things exist in rally.

Composed Drive from my Man TN and 2 rounds to go and you get on the table of legends of the sport. Though you need to work way harder on how to road and don’t loose that much time. I hate it when you over cry of road sweeping all the time yet kalle and Ogier road sweep and win Ralies
