Almost PERFECT debut for Jeannie!!!! Almost but not quite, because it seems a bit insidious and manipulative, the way she’s trying to break up Tony’s engagement to his fiancée, even though his fiancée does indeed seem like a bit of a cold, calculating social climber. Thank goodness that original love triangle idea didn’t last!!!!!!

One of the all-time best pilots. The music score, acting, setting and special effects were way ahead of its time. Looking back, this was one of the funniest shows ever. Larry Hagman, Bill Daily, Barbara Eden and Hayden Rorke really were a dynamite combination of talent. Great writing and direction and great actors throughout all 5 seasons.
