Assalamualaikum, In Malaysia we call that type of parang as “parang rintis”, if going to jungle use it to make clear bushes for a access path

I'm a little surprised Roseth hasn't made a parang before. Regardless, he did a fine job. Everything he makes seems to be made to perform well.

Roseth como vai? Você pode usar um recipiente de óleo no tamanho 50x20 na hora de mergulhar a lâmina ajuda a dissipar a temperatura. Fazendo movimentos para frente e para trás com ela mergulhada no óleo. Respeito muito seu trabalho e sua profissão,Deus te abençoe.

Chainsaw Bars make decent knives, but unfortunately mostly laminated these days. You Can tell from the dints from the spot welding.
