Thanks you for giving such honor to the staff. The rest of the staff should say whatever the embassy or management told them. If you want to get reports from Australia or Newzealand, there is no fee. But if you want to get reports from Canada, then there is a fee of 1000/- which is being taken only with the approval of the embassy, which is mentioned in the rule book of the embassy. Thanks

It’s ok, no problem, you have done upfront, if you get a medical request from the embassy, then send the ime letter and your tracking sheet to SPS hospital ( [e-mail] ) and they will mail it to the embassy to get the link.
