I do have a question. So the small fuse that is placed in the clay, is tha the fuse that gets lighted by the long green fuse,, installed at the end?.

Yes, first we light the outer green fuse, then this fuse connected with the inside fuse and will light the shooting powder stars and push the tube go to the sky and then explode..

I Wish if i could have vacacion to China and see all this process from close. Your citizens are humble and hardworking people. Lots of admiration from my part. I am so curious to know, how you guys can design how a firework would perform in the air. There must be tons of air testing, before a canisters set gets approved for massive production. I remember they put the plastic cap, but I remember there is a special type of clay under the cap called tube sealing powder that hardens from moisture in the air, do you happen to know any information on this type of powder?

So the fuse is simply laid on top of the shell under the cardboard cover?! At least insert it into the powder a tiny bit to ensure ignition, sheesh. There's gonna be more duds than there already is.

The spark from the fuse is strong enough to ignite the lift charge plus the little fuse that gets to the other components. These people have build fireworks, since you were in diapers and behond

@@lvstream720 Doesn't matter how long they've been building fireworks. They have been doing it inefficiently for years with guaranteed many duds. I have been constructing fireworks over 29 years without any problems and I guarantee my fellow coworkers would also say to insert the fuse into the powder. Sheesh.

@@warriordugan7236 The fuse crosses the splet. You talk like if the main fuse wont spark enough light the splet and the black powder in there. I have purches tons of cannister Shells with no issues. Plus, this is not the only factory in China. You dont even know who in the US. Pay to rename their stuff under to. Cuz is not Panda

@@warriordugan7236 Plus the dang firework is facing up when they cap it. When is facing down to be inserted in the launching tube. The powder drops down covering that fuse inside. I cut open a raptor and is made the same way. And they work just fine There is a guy here that havd made his down canisters and using masking tape fuses. And his shit have never failed to take off. Real uses burn good enough to burst that burst powder, that again. Falls over the fuse with gravity,, when place on the launching position

Gravity sits the lift charge directly on top of the green visco fuse in the bottom of the shell when it is in the upright position in the mortar tube. The lift powder has some space to move about, it is not packed tightly. Therefore the only difference pushing the green visco fuse up into the lift cup would make is add an unnecessary extra step to the production process.
