Joe was REALLY great. Fantastic customer service and very quick reply's and shipping. Ordered Saturday and circuit board was del'v Wed. Installed it and found it did'ny work bluetooth for the phone. Joe suggested checking all the connections and ribbon cables. I also choose to use contact cleaner. He said if it did not resolve the issue he would allow me to return is and send a refund. IT WORKED. He has proven to be a very trustworthy service contact. Thank you Joseph.

It's a good video! May I ask a question? My car is the same vehicle. It's an e7007. Audio, DVD in the back seat, and the button press are all normal. But the problem is that the screen doesn't come out after the Toyota logo when loading the first time. everything works. The screen doesn't come out. I want help.

What does the screen display? If the screen display insert dvd, then dvd drive is bad.

Hi, My Toyota E7007 navigation works fine. The problems are that radio, disk player, Bluetooth adapter to unit all skipping sound. Everything plays just skips. Please advise? Thank you!

I have not encountered this before but I have heard of this issue. Not sure what the problem is. Have you tried replacing or check the amplifier? There is one by the glove box. Let me know what you find.

I have the same issue, but don't hear the clicking / seeking noise. Radio shop says power is good to the unit. I'm wondering if I don't hear the seeking sound it could be a different board .

Shine a bright flash light on the screen. Let me know if you see a faint image? If you do then you have a different problem. If not, then then navigation board is what you need. Guaranteed. You can return it if doesn’t work.

@@DebtFreeCars can't say thank you enough. got a replacement board from ebay and was able to replace it today. had some difficulty with the faceplate screw w/ locktight. the screw got pretty buggered. had to dremmel it out enough to use a flathead screw driver. everything else was great to follow in step by step fashion.

@@DebtFreeCars thanks again. after replacing the board, the GPS navigation thinks the car is on the east coast. is there a way to re-calibrate it?

@@mikedahman8196 yes. Under menu or info theres a way to set the region to west coast.

What if it dosnt even give a seeking noise, just clicks every few seconds, and lights up for three seconds every 30 seconds?

Yes, most likely this navigation board. However, these is a similar but less likely problem is your backlight lcd is bad. To test for this, take a flashlight to your screen. And try to see if there is an image. The image would also change if you pressed on some buttons. If you do see an ghost of an image, then your lcd backlight board is bad and not the navigation board.
