Good advice and thank you.Dont buy costly electronic products online and waste the hard earned money. If we buy from the local big dealers, atleast they help us to solve the problem. Warranty is also counted. This is my personal experience. The stress was intolerable and I couldnt sleep for nights. Finally we had to set with the local mechanics.Dealers also say Symphony service is poor and advised Bajaj/ Vego for quality and best service

I didn't get why you are complaining about Amazon. First of all the 10 day period was over and any fault after that should be taken up with the manufacturer and not the seller or Amazon. A to Z guarantee also works only within 10 days and not after that. It is used when a seller denies replacement within 10 days or whatever period the seller mentions in the listing. If you want anyone to blame, it is Symphony. They made this product and even other consumers are complaining about the quality of this product. Hope you got it fixed by calling the customer support of Symphony.

Mam ! from the last 1 year am suffering . And had Lodged the complain on Symphony site ... They took the matter seriously and on next day i got a call from The service executive that the mechanic will visit ur place . After 3-4 days the Mechanic checked the cooler and found that the upper 1st wing was damaged so they took out the wing and didn't replaced it with the new wing cz they didn't have the spare with them . So after 1 week or so they visited again but with the wing that wasn't matched with the wing they had taken out from the cooler . So this was all had happened and now my cooler is resting at the corner of my room . Also let me tell u - The REMOTE CONTROLLER is now dead as well ... So tell me what to do ???? My 17k+ rupee ???? All wasted !!!

C The cooling from this air cooler is just too good , now in terms of density - Yea the room air density increases if the room isn't has the proper air ventilation , even after running this cooler for half n hour . One shouldn't expect the cooler to perform like an AC's . This air cooler will only reduce the room temp. if the room have the proper air ventilation , also the cooling of room depend upon the humidity level in ur area . And for that Humidity controller in this cooler work as a rescuer . C 110 air cooler came under Conventional evaporative air cooler , it works on evaporative mechanism . And i don't know what the Conventional mean to u , so can u plz elaborate it , so that i can reply u back .

Hello Sunil Bro , I understand that ur consfused between these two model Touch ( 35 & 55 ) - Don't worry i'll try my level best to clear ur doubt . first aapney khud hi dono cooler ki major difference likh diye hai comment section mai . Dusri cooling ki baat hai to mai batadu aapko dono cooler aapko chilled air hi dengi . Lekin kuch major difference hai jo mai yaha mention kardeta hu :- 1) Touch 35 is selling at 7990rs min on Amazon India and Touch 55 is selling at 11490rs min on Amazon India . So there is just 3500rs price difference between these two model . 2) Touch 55 came with 6 removable aspen pads where as Touch 35 came with High efficiency honeycomb pads , So in terms of cooling Touch 35 will score the most 3)Touch 55 consume 205 watts where as Touch 35 consume just 185 watts but there is a slight difference between the water tank capacity , But water tank should not be an issue . U will get full day and night cooling after complete filling from both the model . 4)As i had allready mentioned in my past comment , if u had been to that comment u might be know that - Touch 35 came with lot's of unique features like ( Mosquito repellent , UV light , Automatic Horizontal Louvers , Full function remote with 7 hour timer , Voice assist and offcourse full functioned touch pannel and few more , that u won't get in Touch 55 ) 5) Touch 35 having just 1 Blower but Touch 55 came with 2 blower . I also faced this Horizontal issue logged a call for service they replaced the upper blade in this after that this is working fine but there is still a gap after the replacement well this is not a major issue with this product. Major issue is It's cooling is not sufficient even though having proper ventilation I would suggest DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Wasted 17,000 in garbage.

Yea same here , The Technician replaced the same upper blade , and now the cooler is working fine . C cooling depend on Humidity level also , IF UR AREA having higher humidity u might not get sufficient cooling. BTW am happy with this product , Yea it's a bit pricy . The price for this item should be in between 12-13k . But also , i do aggree with ur stated point above , 17k is really too much for this cooler ( Touch 110 ) . One can get a Window AC at this price range .

First Symphony 110 is the latest model in it's portfolio also it has few new features in it , that u won't get in any other coolers as of now . Don't be confused . Air cooler is only meant to provide Cool air and it won't Decrease the temperature of ur Room . So u can not compare the cooling of Air coolers with AC'S . The working mechanism of coolers and ac's r very different . Yes Coolers r better then ur Ceiling Fan Though . Very gud question - 1.Bahi sabsey pahli baat ki mainey sirf ek hi cooler lia hai ye model , jo online aapko prove nahi kar sakta ( kyu ki aap wiswaas nahi karogey ) 2.Agar phones ki tarah ismey bhi koi codes hoti to order book + cooler ki body ka codes match karkey dikha deta ( But unfortunately aisa codes nahi dia jata ) 3.Agar same question mai aapsey puchu to kis tarah sey aap ye prove karogey ki ye wahi same cooler hai jisey aapney BUY kia tha , to aap kon sa aisa SATISFACTION waali jawaab detey . 4.Agar jo jawaab aapka hoga same mera bhi wahi answer hoga 5.Issey jyada mere paas prove karne ko kuch bhi nahi . -------------- THANK U ( tc ) --------------

Bahi dekho . Cooling possible tabhi hota hai specially in coolers jab Dry Air ho . Or mera area coolers ke lie Perfect hai . islie cooling itna best hai ki mujhe shardi ho gai hai or aadhi raat ko band karna padta hai .... Lekin agar Humidity jyada hai to cooling bekaar samjho ... islie Sea / River areas ke lie cooler bilkul nahi hai .... Maidaani area's jaise ( Delhi / Bihar etc location ke lie Air Coolers best hoti hai !

Bahi , I won't suggest this cooler = Reason :- 1.Horizontal wings bahut hi weak hai ( Possibility hai ki aapka bhi 1-2 wing mai problem aa jaye in within 10-30 days after u purchase it ) 2.Mera Remote Controller kharaab ho gaya wo bhi sirf 1 saal key andar . 3.Cooling = Solid hai , cz ( 2 blower + honeycomb pad ) 4.Voice Assist = kabhi - Kabhi abnormal behave karta hai 5.Huge size = I like big size coolers 6.Humidity Control = Best Feature ( High Humid areas ke lie perfect hai ye option ) My Recommendation = Stay away from this model . Better to BUY SYMPHONY TOUCH 80 ( Same features but No Remote Controller and no Automatic Horizontal swing ) - So TOUCH 80 is better . I hope thi Help !!!
