Full Route Visual | London Bus Route 237 - White City Bus Stn to Hounslow Heath | (VW1402) LK62DVP

Hello Everyone, it seems like it has been a while...
So, the 237 is an average route operated by Metroline Travel from Brentford [AH] Garage using Gemini 2 B9TL's as well as Gemini 3 B5LH's off the 306 - which passed to Abellio 3 weeks ago. The route is a long one that goes from White City, Shepherd's Bush, Chiswick, Brentford, Isleworth, Hounslow Bus Station & Hounslow Heath - (predominately running along the A315).
My experience was nonetheless rubbish, there was some long driver change at the Brent Lea bus stop. We were there for 15 minutes, the second driver didn't show up for some weird reason - (I thought Harrow Weald's driver changes were bad)... Then some stupid guy starts cussing out the driver because he wasn't moving, he was probs on meth or something. Lots of people were chatting on board especially like two families bruh, I mean there's nothing I could really do about it so yeah...
Metroline do however need to pattern up the frequency of this route and allocation, which I am thankful for because these G2's are sluggish and need to go to crappy WJ to do 28 anyways. I also do think that 237 needs to have a diversity of buses to make it less boring.
Otherwise, it is a nice, scenic route around Brentford & Chiswick, especially the amazing sight of the River Thames - apart from those stupid covid cycle lanes that were implanted by Hounslow Council.

Very nice visual, that 15 min driver change must have been very annoying & I’ve heard the 237 gets very busy. I did initially think that it would be AH that sends the 12/62 reg’s over to the 28, however the W7 has started to see electroliners on it, which makes me believe that that will be the route to release it’s Gemini 2’s over to the 28.

I believe the 237 will be the route to release VW's for the E1 (Which was awarded to ML with VW's) hence why VWH's are more common now.I don't know if it's just me who's noticed but 237 has been using 8-9 VWH's per day now (The E1's new TVR) so E1's VW's will come from the 237

Thank You Very Much! Yes, the driver changes are long which may be the root cause of why the route gets busy. Yeah, maybe Holloway [HT] Garage might release their G2's for 28 instead of AH.

Does e2 and e8 follow 237 all the way to Hounslow? (Answer first pls) Also what is the point of having both E routes since they both follow each other and 237 and have the same job? Nice video btw

No,the E2 terminates at Brentford Bus Garage,the E8 does follow the 235/237 to Hounslow due to the demand along London Road (It previously had the 110 before it's cut)

Thank You Very Much! 1. As WLBG stated, the E2 does not go to Hounslow. It meets the 237 at Market Place, before turning off to [AH] Garage. 2. The E8 follows the 237 for some time because of connections. The E8 goes towards Boston and Hanwell which is hard to access from Hounslow that's why. Despite the E2 and the E8 both going to Ealing Broadway, they pass through different areas to provide connections around the Hounslow/Ealing border.

For the 237,1hr 23 mins is normal😅😂... It is 9 miles long,but it feels like 11 miles
