I used to take the E3 route to school in Ealing, I got off at Northfields., 40 years ago, it was a double-decker, and a single fare cost 10pence. A bit further up Edensor Rd road stop,used to be Chiswick Swimming Baths, an old early art deco swimming pool, in the last year it was to exist (previously closed for many years) pupil from Cavendish Primary (I used to attend) were allowed to use it the last summer, before it was flattened into a truck stop area. I remember that summer it was great, hanging out there with school friends. There was a similiar Victorian/Edwardian swimming pool in Brentford, Brentford Swimming Bath, which was the mandatory swimming pool for Cavendish. I'm sure long gone. It had the green painted wooden cubicles, fired green and blue tiles, private bath tubs, disinfectant dip basins, etc. The parade opposite the stop, used to be a butcher, green grocer and VG grocers. back then, 40 years ago.

Excellent visual! Must of seen at least 3 blind errors in this😂 (Acton) "207 Holborn", (South Ealing) "E3 St georges circus", (West Ealing) "E3 Stadium Service". Used to take the E3 to school however everyday the bus came displaying a different destination on the set..they all seemed to get jammed at some point

When I’m coming from bush I get 94 to TG and get E3 to my cousins but from my cousins we get E3 to Acton old town hall and get 607 to Westfield
