That route was meant to happen but they cancelled the 11 getting cut back then but they blinded it before it even happened

@@SouthLondonBuses I heard about the 11/311 split when the 2019 Central London cuts were first being proposed. TFL has for a while been quite determined to spilt the 11 (Unsurprising considering it is among the slowest bus routes in London.) and it seems that they have finally succeed, with it being rerouted to Waterloo and the 26 taking on the tourist-y section from Victoria to Liverpool Street.
