Hopefully it’s not going to be nearly as long. And maybe that’s why they are setting up a storyline in which there could be doubts that Athena is actually hurt so if she comes back in a month and a half or two months, it will come off like it was all a part of her heel tactics

This segment sucked. Only thing good about this segment is Aminata's dress. TK seriously needs to do something about ROH. They need depth and star power badly. It's filled with promising young talent and jobbers. You need recognizable faces and stars to elevate young talent. They signed Kamille months ago and she yet to make her debut. They didn't put her on ROH. Same goes with Motor City Machine Guns. TK bought ROH 2 years ago to save it, but he's burying it rn.

Last year before all the injuries I thought Athena was gonna be apart of the 1st ever womens Blood and Guts.. i saw her teaming with Saraya, Toni Storm, Ruby Soho (as sort of the former WWE Rejects faction) with a member to be named vs Britt Baker, Jamie Hayter, Hikaru Shida, Kris Statlander or Thunder Rosa.. and then Jade Cargill as a wild card both teams trying to recruit, to where she joins one team 1st and switchs during the event to the other as a swerve.. could of saw Jade with team aew and switches to team rejects playing up that heel persona and also starts with team rejects and switches to team aew revealing her renewing her aew deal, but we all know how that went.. fantasy booking 🫣😉
