I’ll admit. Not a fan of women’s sports. But, as of recently. Ladies have just been stepping it up to another level. This will be in my rotation of things I watch. Hats off to the ladies for ripping it. 🍻.

Ok, I will bite at the over generalised statement... why aren't you a fan of women in sport? There is no such thing as women's and men's sport, just sport.

@@Merly3333 think its normal to compare in the same sport of course. And its simply better sport to watch in 95%.

Probs should increase the number of standby riders if they want a full grid for the whole year if race 1 is anything to go by....

So satisfied in the last lap! I think Maria Herrera look like Jorge Lorenzo's style; consistent and corner killer. And Ana Carrasco look like Marc Marquez' style; more aggresive but she lost a lot of racing line, because she tried to push over limit her bike into all sectors. But, I know that her style has to be a world champion in 300. So, its great to see two characters in the race, and maybe will be more interesting that happen in 12 laps. Because we can see who is the best to manage the tyres. I think Sara Sanchez not far away with Maria and Ana. She just need improvement about focus to follow them until she could take the chance to winning the race. And, after race, I think Sara more nervous in the parc ferme and on the podium. Not like Ana and Maria. They seems like mature and not nervous to stand on the podium. 😅 Overall, I appreciates this event. Yeah, it was the first time ever to show to us about how the women could be badass on the track and enjoyable (not underestimated by men riders on the track). And as the first time ever, everything could be the lesson for riders, teams, stewards, and also the motor racing fans. I think with the same bike, we will see that the rider's skill and the experiences are the key. And we are as the fans should be respect their hard work. And hopefully all riders always okay and stay joining this first season in all series. And for the injured riders, get well soon, and comeback stronger! 🎉 🏁

what a great last sector. no prisoners for nr6 maria :) but i dont understand the policy decision to not show/analyze the crashes. why?? because fragile little women? isnt that the prejudice they want to fight against with this series?

Feels like they need more practice time before the races. Sloppy lines and no real clean overtakes until the end of the final lap. Lots of potential though as they get more comfortable
