I got into the idea of trading 4 months ago, end of January. Started off with trendlines, patterns and all that. But it didn’t make sense to me coz it looked as though I was gambling coz I saw the market would hunt my stop loss all the time when I’m entering and get taken out because of spreads or whatever. People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

The reason why you got stopped out is because you were confused by the 4h market structure and another thing is that the way you map out your market structure in the lower timeframes is not as systematic as it is supposed to be, every time you map out market structure on every timeframe it should be marked out as an external point before breaking structure on every timeframe correlating with the daily timeframe, sometimes the 4h does not always correlate with the daily and weekly timeframe, so just use the W, D1, M15 and M1 timeframes and H1 to mark out clear OB's for the M15 and the M5 to mark out clear OB's for the M1.

when you say 30-35% strike-rate, do you mean win rate or percentage of trades that actually get triggered? This analysis seems so solid and logical, I'd be really disappointed to see such a low win rate. Obviously with proper money management you can stay profitable, but 35% is just so low
