The kid Goku outfit is actually taken from the dbs Broly opening when Goku arrives on earth and it flashes through all the arcs ! If you look closely at that seen they drew him with a blue undershirt and since this game is heavily shintani inspired they have it as one of his costume

We do know Sparking Zero will have customizable character skins, so for kid Goku they’ll give us the og design as an option, and yeah I agree not a big fan of the black undershirt on og kid Goku. But still I’m happy I get to play my favorite version of kid Goku in some way
