That reaction time from Saenchai at 3:34 was so quick to block the overhand right. Solid feint from the other dude as well

In these sparring matches I've seen Saenchai use wing chun (yes yes i know)-syle lookalike hand trapping techniques, backfists, hammer fists etc. He's really one of a kind fighter. Incredibly well rounded

Dude at 02:40 is the perfect example of how you should spar against someone like Saenchai. Playful the whole time, but throwing things with good technique. Practice the techniques they teach you, and watch the smile on Saenchai's face as he dumps you on the floor.

It's clear that the girl at 07:36 is a very new beginner and good to see Duang going very soft with her lol

The Thais spar correct, but they go hard. The gym spars light. Thai fighters should understand this, but with light sparring you don't learn anything.

Well that’s completely wrong and you’ve no idea what you’re talking about. If I landed a kick on you going slow and controlled I would’ve landed it going hard. Flow sparring is great for refining your technique against moving opponents that are trying to hit you back.

@@pollen1253 I'm completely wrong? Learn to read. Do not the Thais go harder in sparring? GTFOHea.
