Idk why anyone was expecting this movie to further real story lines in the MCU. It's Deadpool people.

I think because they are joining the MCU I expected to feel like they were part of it but it didn’t come across that way. I wanted to see the connection but it felt more like any reference to the MCU was just comedy or 4th wall breaking sketches rather than actually connecting. Thanks for the comment too bud 👍🏻

Thanks bud - Yes this was the same Deadpool as previous movies… don’t think too much into it all; it’s Deadpool so they can break continuity and rules somewhat… but for that question, it is the same one.
