How do did you use your Logitech while in emerge nyc because I tried it and I also have the Obits h set up installed in my pc

Did you assign your inputs for the wheel and pedals? You have to go to Key Bindings in settings. Then select G29, then vehicles below that. Then you would select 'Drive Forward' and mash your gas pedal. Then 'Drive Backward' Press yr brake. Then 'Drive Horizontal' and move your wheel left and right. Its been a long time since I've done that but that is the best I can remember.
