this is the best explanation of what exactly I'm going through, putting through the Observability Strategy, we have more than 15 logs analytics tools and more than 600,000 devices/services globally, everyone is working in Silo's and none have actionable insights, logs are collected just because some higher up has said we need monitoring, I wish Open telemetry project all the success so that customers or business wouldn't lose millions of dollars

But Appdynamics is a relative NewComer in the Observability game. You're no longer even in the Magic Quadrant. And if your client has older Java 7 stacks - modern OpenTelemetry based observers won't work as it will only do Java 8 upwards.
