I am a windows user and using XAMPP and everything was working fine until I got to the upload add videos section, where you start uploading videos at the very end. For whatever reason I am getting a 403 forbidden error when trying to upload the title of the video, the thumbnail and the video.mp4. I can delete the videos, that works, but it is not letting me add any videos, has had me stomped for like 2 weeks now.
