Tell your brother you aren't a loser you put your education on hold to take care of your sick mom and take care of the family and now you will take care of your self go back to school and now you will leave and go pursue your self your health and your studies and you will get you a good job and you should go no contact with your brother and just live your best life ever.

Never give your future for someone else’s present. They will never see it as a gift only an expectation. They will mother should have asked her family,not her children, for help. She should have forced her daughter back to school. She should have told her daughter we will make do with your brother do not go give up everything for him either. He needs to learn as situations in life change so do the things you receive from it. And the aunt shame on her, where was she for 9 years?? She knew her niece dropped out of college to be the sole provider for her family. Where was the support then? Extended family always loves to be on the outskirts watching the trouble and only step in once someone grows a backbone. They feel well the bulk of the work is done, I can now step in as the saviour.
